    जयपुर । जेडीए की सबसे बड़ी नींदड़ आवासीय योजना में सालों अटके पड़ी अवाप्तशुदा जमीन का कब्जा लेने की तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। हालांकि योजना में सबसे ज्यादा जमीन मंदिरमाफी की प्रभावित हो रही है। जेडीए ने  योजना की अवाप्तशुदा जमीन का मुआवजा कोर्ट में जमा करा दिया है। ऐसे में जल्द ही जेडीए नींदड आवासीय योजना में बने निर्माणों को हटाने की कार्यवाई करेगा। जेडीए ने भूखण्डधारियों को शनिवार तक अपने स्तर पर निर्माण हटाने के निर्देश दिए है। इसके बाद जेडीए अपने स्तर पर निर्माणों को हटाने की कार्रवाई करेगा। नींदड निवासी प्रभावित सुशील शर्मा ने बताया कि जेडीए मंदिरमाफी जमीन का कब्जा लेकर लोगों को बेघर करने पर उतारी है।







     सप्ताहभर पहले जेडीए की ओर से नोटिस जारी आपर्तिया मांग गई थी, लेकिन जेडीए आपर्तियों को दरकिरान करते हुए जमीन का कब्जा लेने में लगा हुआ है। अभी तक जमीन की डीएलसी दर पर मुआवजा तक नहीं किया है, ना ही जमीन के बदले जमीन दी गई है।





    गौरतलब है कि नीदड आवासीय योजना में जमीन अवाप्ति को लेकर लोग विरोध कर रहे है। योजना की 1300 बीघा भूमि में से 110 बीघा मंदिरमाफी की भूमि की अवाप्ति 2010 में की जा चुकी है तथा 2013 में अवार्ड जारी कर मुआवजा राशि कोर्ट में जमा करवाई गई थी। इस भूमि पर पुजारियों के परिवार काबिज है। इस जमीन पर खेती की जा रही थी। किसानों के भारी विरोध चलते जेडीए जमीन का कब्जा नहीं ले पा रहा है।

    NINDAR AWAS YOJANA JDA launch its biggest housing scheme

    JAIPUR: The Jaipur Development Authority's (JDA) dream to launch its biggest housing scheme at Ninder fall flats as the authorities are facing problems in acquiring land, a majority of whom are private landowners.


    In December 2010, the JDA had proposed this scheme on 1,100 bighas of land at Ninder on Sikar Road for which the authority had to acquire 900 bighas from the private owners. The government has allotted around 200 bighas for the scheme. An official said after issuing section 4(1) of Land Acquisition Act-1894, around 400 objections have been raised against the acquisition of land for the scheme.






    A JDA source said it will be very difficult for the authorities to acquire land from the owners as many of them have protested and denied giving their land. However, Durga Joshi, land acquisition officer with the JDA said, "The JDA is trying to resolve the objection amiably." The source said it is impossible to launch the scheme on time as there is the land of private colonizers and they might take the matter to court.

    An official said the JDA made a mistake by launching such a big colony on a private land. People are unwilling to give their land for developing the colony. The government had tried to experiment launching a big housing project acquiring private land for the first time, which seems to be a failure. Sources said seeing the protests in other states like Noida, the Rajasthan government is taking the land acquisition matter sensitively.
